This Alphabet pattern based on Bookman font allows you to create your own folded book art words as pictured above. The letters are straight, easy to read and this style is often used in printed books. The size of the characters is as follows:
Upper case approx. 7.3 – 9 cms tall
Lower case approx. 5.5 – 7.5 cms tall
Numbers approx. 7.3 cms tall
The number of folds required for each character varies, and these are listed in the second picture above.
The design includes upper and lower case letters, numbers and a range of symbols and punctuation.
The pattern is a template style with easy to read columns, which makes it more straightforward and quicker to use than most book folding patterns available. You do not need to measure and mark each page of the book before folding (who has time to do this on every sheet of a large book!). This pattern is a downloadable product and no physical item will be shipped. The clear and simple instructions include colour photos to guide you and there are many helpful tips along the way. If you want a different size, just use a photocopier that can increase or decrease copy sizes.
