When will I receive my order?
I aim to despatch all handmade items within 1 working day.
Items are shipped from UK using Royal Mail, and you choose the level of delivery service required.
NOTE: From experience I have found that international orders often take longer than the delivery estimates provided by Royal Mail, so please consider this when ordering. Thank you.
Can you deliver to a different address?
Orders can be delivered directly to your recipient. This is a great way for shoppers outside the UK to have presents delivered to family and friends in the UK without the extra cost of overseas shipping and custom taxes. Just add a note when ordering along with the wording you would like added inside you card.
Do you use eco-friendly card?
Yes. I use a premium eco-friendly 350 gsm cardstock across the entire range of cards and wish bracelets.
Packaging
Items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail in a board backed envelope or cardboard box, depending on the quantity ordered. The packaging items used (envelopes, bags and boxes) are made from bio-degradable or recycled materials.
Does Sharron really hand make each item?
Every handmade card and hand tied bracelet is completed by me. Well – there is no-one else!
